To help expand the Chatham-Kent Mobile Market and improve local food accessibility, the Prosperity Roundtable has announced a partnership with Libro Credit Union.
The credit union has donated $40,000 to help support the project’s operations this year.

Last September, the market was created to help bring local, affordable produce to communities across the municipality impacted by COVID-19.
“We are ecstatic to be working with Libro Credit Union to increase access to affordable produce across Chatham-Kent. They are just as passionate and dedicated as we are about making a positive impact in our community,” said Phillip Mock, Prosperity Roundtable project co-ordinator, in a release.
