Reporter throughout that morning investigators say the suspect entered the facility twice through a broken lock on the garage door. The second time he entered his face covered by a sheet while pushing a baby stroller. You got multiple people in that building doing work throughout the night and underground fire could have devastating results. Its pretty much homeless guys that go around, and they do simple things. They take things off your porches and things like that.
