Being the first full time social worker to be assigned in a library setting. The real challenge i had was this has never been done before for how to be a social worker at the library. My initial challenge was how to serve needs and meet the needs of the homeless ofand indigents at the library and its a safe place when they dont have a place to go to and many find a place to sleep and rest even though people at the library the homeless are not really enjoyed and mostly the homeless enjoy the programs that are offered such as reading and borrowing movies.
