Board of Education Chairman Andrew L. Orsini, BOE member Gregory Borja, teacher representative Phyllis Ain, and Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada honored the librarians of the Public School System in a proclamation signed by Orsini Wednesday afternoon. The proclamation designates April as the 36th Annual National Library Month.
