Its theres a lot of our work that just is not when everybodys on a conference call, the quality of the ideas and interaction that come out are not necessarily as good in my experience as when we are sitting around a table looking each other in the eye. And so i would tend more towards being very flexible in terms of helping somebody get through particular issues that they may have to deal with that might be short term, but in general i really like for the people who are working together on a team to actually be there together physically for the most part.
