Rosa said Wednesday.Will Waldron/Albany Times Union The state Education Department’s Cultural Education Center re-opens to the public on Monday, May 17,with new COVID-19 protocols in place, State Education Commissioner Betty A. Rosa said Wednesday. The temporary hours for the home of the State Museum, Library and Archives will be 10 a.m.to  4 p.m.  Monday to Friday. It will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice and on all state-observed holidays. Admission remains free.
