Different Nursing Homes and all three of the dead were in their late 80s. We checked with state records that show that that funeral home had an expired license. Neighbors on the street first knew something was wrong when they saw this garage door open. Then they noticed the smell. And found decomposing remains in card board boxes and a casket. It was open, i was curious, smelled it and noticed it was bodies in there. Reporter police say the garage is used by a funeral home up the street. Its owner spoke with investigators on scene. They say she was aware the bodies were in there, nbc 10 is not naming the owner because she is not charged with a crime. Upstanding people. This is the funeral home for our community.
