Tonight flooding from the rising Roanoke River has shut down a bridge in salem. Mill lane near West Riverside drive is closed. And water is washing up onto the bridge. Police have set up a detour. And lick run creek in roanoke is continuing to rise as well. Rising waters from the creek have flooded the lick run greenway before at Brown Robertson park.
