opportunity to work on this and fix it. you can t take libertarian view, which is, you know, a stop sign, invasion of fifth amendment violation of rights. we do need regulation, we need to have people trained to do the regulating. we worked around secret service. we know they called push. they maneuver themselves around so the same person is not at the same spot every day. because we get too comfortable. that s what we need to do with inspectors to rotate them around. you have people with fresh eyes looking at this. a larger problem here. one of the issues here is it s such a highly technical field, the government doesn t pay the money private sector paid. at least in washington, public employees are doing way better than the only sector where they are underperforming private sector, in government everybody is overperforms the right
