Shooting. At the press conference hours ago, local police described the incident. What we know right now, we have a suspect who was involved in a threat, armed with a knife. Police officers responded, when they responded, the suspect did not summoned to verbal commands to drop his weapon. He approached both officers and then when he closed within three to four feet of the knife in an overhand grip, the officers fired their weapon. Theres no indication at this point that this shooting is related to demonstrations in ferguson where the streets today were filled yet again as residents volunteers and protesters cleaned up from the chaos of last night.
