Hundreds of families and individuals flocked to the Liberation Day Festival grounds at Garapan Fishing Base last Saturday to see the night’s firework show, making the crowd the largest since the beginning of the festivities and closing out the festivities to mark the 77th Liberation Day in the CNMI.
