The mother of murdered student Libby Squire has told MPs that tougher sentences are needed for crimes such as indecent exposure, to stop potential rapists and killers.
Women reporting low-level sex offences are "not making something out of nothing", Lisa Squire says, adding: "It s not normal behaviour. Normal men don t do these things."
