True enough, even with the ongoing challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, SLDC still pushed through its 4th Quarter and Annual Awards 2020.
The awards night happened on February 19, 2021 and was broadcasted via Facebook live.
SLDC marketing manager Estela Aguilos told SunStar Davao in an interview that since face-to-face and large gathering is still not safe given the present situation, they have decided to think of another way to still push through with the company’s annual event.

SLDC sales and marketing manager Estela Aguilos in a phone interview shared that they have planned out their strategies for the year to both grow the business and help their agents and buyers in this trying time.
“We recognize that all of us are facing hardships especially on our finances but we still want to be of help to those who still want to achieve their dream houses,” she said.
Aguilos said they already adjusted their paying schemes to make it more friendly to its buyers and prospective investors.
