據島內親綠媒體《自由時報》3日消息，民進黨“立委”陳亭妃宣稱，將在台“立法院”下會期推動所謂 “國安法”修法，民進黨團幹事長劉世芳還聲稱，下會期預計會有相關修法，包括“營業秘密法”有關所謂“紅色供應鏈”滲透、“挖角竊密”等，從“國安”到經濟產業部分，還有“科技偵查法”可能也會納入。民進黨當局頻繁炒作所謂“共諜案”以及大陸對其“滲透”，捕風捉影，引起很大爭議，被島內人士抨擊搞“綠色恐怖”。
