As the financial services industry braces for at least seven new mandatory reporting regimes coming into effect by October, a law firm has launched a regtech platform to improve regulatory reporting.
The Gadens Breach Manager aimed to streamline information collation, assess, and report the process of potential regulatory issues to an online platform. This would allow financial services firms to comply with new regimes such as Banking Executive Accountability Regime/Financial Accountability Regime, authorised deposit-taking institutions, Australian Financial Services Licence and Australian Credit Licence obligations, Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing, privacy and Design and Distribution.

Gadens set to capitalise on ‘tidal wave’ of regulatory reforms with RegTech solution

The national law firm has its eyes set on becoming the go-to for regulatory matters, launching a new platform for the financial services sector.
Gadens’ cloud-based RegTech platform, dubbed Breach Manager, has been rolled out to the market this month, targeting Australian financial institutions.
The launch of Breach Manager comes in lockstep with a plethora of regulatory reforms set to play out in the 2021 calendar year, with Aussie financial services institutions due to implement new mandatory reporting practices to combat regulatory breach issues. This includes, but is not limited to, fee miscalculations, deficient consumer advice or cyber attacks.
Rumors abound in Hollywood that Irish hunk – and former James Bond – Pierce Brosnan will be appearing as a villain in the sequel to the critically-acclaimed box office smash Deadpool, starring Ryan Reynolds.
It all started when a photo began circulating on Instagram of Brosnan, Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, of Wolverine fame, palling around.
As The Hollywood Reporter noted: “This led a lot of fans to jump to the conclusion that Brosnan may be playing the time-traveling [villain] Cable in the next Deadpool installment.
“Still, it should be noted that a second picture posted to Reynold’s Facebook page, showed the three men laughing like they just played a gag on someone.”

The programme is a holistic coaching and performance plan that will be of great benefit to all club coaches and players, male, female, adult, and youth alike.
