The former director of the Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Juana Deleon Guerrero, has pleaded guilty to the license fraud charge filed against her by the U.S. government.
The District Court for the NMI has found that Juana Deleon Guerrero, former director for Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles, is entitled to a court-appointed counsel because she is unable to fully pay for one out of her own pocket.
Juana Deleon Guerrero, former director of Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles, has informed the District Court for the NMI that she is no longer employed with the department.
