western nations have widely condemned uganda s new anti-lgbtq law which went into effect just one month ago. many inside the country are suffering physical, psychological and emotional damage. but as larry madowo reports, there are some who refuse to be silenced. reporter: the anti-homosexual act is a law nicknamed the kill the guys bill because of the death penalty which is retained in this one. more recently after it passed, it remain as popular law, but having grave consequences on the lgbtqia community. this man says he was assaulted on the night the anti-homosexuality ability became law in uganda after months of publicity.
