Lexington Recreation and Community Programs held an abbreviated four-week, half-day camp in 2020. This summer, it has continued in the great outdoors with more offerings, similar to life in 2019 before the pandemic.

Their LexRec S.O.A.R. (Summer Outdoor Arts & Recreation) day camp and sport-specific camps for kids ages 4 to 15 – including youth tennis lessons and clinics, therapeutic recreation, Minuteman Sports Clinics run by physical education teachers and Lexington Public School coaches and other youth programs – started June 28 and run through the end of August. Campers go anywhere from one week to the full eight weeks
