Are some aspects that are not within the control of cities. When youre talking that interstate commerce, obviously that is a federal issue. Another key aspect advocate for is local control. There is an understanding that if we are charging cities with being our leaders of innovation , both local governments themselves and cities as test grounds for innovation, that we need to empower cities to do that. There are many concerns on local governments to help them facilitate additional innovation in the economy. It is certainly a challenge and one that we recognize. It probably does not get enough attention currently, we put a block of pressure and expectation at the federal and state level making the assumption that local governments and cities are handling it, or it is your responsibility. Again there is the issue of health and safety, and that is part of how cities are any government balance the regulatory environment. At minimum to 0 degrees in mount pocono, more like 10 degrees up through wilmington, philadelphia and trenton area 95 corridor feels like 10 degrees right now. The heres where we stan. Notice, it is cold obviously lower 20s from philadelphia down toward the shore but in the mount pocono area in the lower teens right now. That wind, however is starting to turn down to the shore, a little more southeasterly. Now that doesnt mean it is a warm wind but it does help easing up at least of the worst of the wind chill. I dont want to minimize the message. It is not as harsh but still pretty brutal. We will hit 33 at best and then factor in a more modest wind and we are talking about wind chill values in better than the 20s. It is still cold obviously. Morning. It is a brutal day waiting for a ride. This is the scene a across the Delaware Valley we are seeing it person after person with the big puffy coat, gloves, and scarves. They are all trying to keep every piece of skin covered here. Here in upper darby it had been hovering right around 20 degrees all morning here and felt a whole lot colder i should say, sometimes 10 degrees colder then. That these are numbers not many people want to hear this early in the season but some are still taking it all in stride. Lets take a listen. I have been bundling up, putting on extra layers. Long johns, thermals, as soon as i get in the house i blast my heat to 8o it has been a cold fall, and it is not even winter just yet.
