The Loveland City Council will hold its final meeting of 2023 on Tuesday, when the agenda includes a request to reconsider the Sugar Creek annexation, zoning and comprehensive plan amendment that the council turned down on Dec. 6 on a 4-4 tied vote, as well as year-end budget decisions.
