Hes the one that originally ordered all of these families to be reunited with children under 5 tomorrow. Looks like they will not reach that deadline. They do expect to put 54 children matched with their parents as early as tomorrow, because theyre in i. C. E. Custody, but some have been deported, some have been released into the United States and they dont know where they are. And it seems that some of them may have some criminal backgrounds or some other things that are holding up the process. It seems that the aclu does think the government is acting in good faith.
