The agenda calls for continued discussion on a possible traffic study, the burying of utilities and limited vehicle-access zones.

The group will consider a variance request for 119-125 Schley Ave. regarding minimum lot width and minimum lot area within the R-4, medium-density residential zone. A link to the meeting can be found on the agenda at lewes.civicweb.net.  Lewes sponsorship subcommittee to meet The Lewes Sponsorship Subcommittee of the Parks and Recreation Commission will meet virtually at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 3. News Briefs 12/15/20

December 15, 2020 Milton council to meet Dec. 15 Milton Town Council will meet at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Milton Town Hall to discuss and possibly vote on ordinances related to two annexation petitions. The first petition is for Milton Attainable Housing LLC, which is seeking to annex 26 acres at the corner of Route 16 and Country Road, that would then be developed into 239 housing units and four pad sites for commercial businesses.  The second petition is for BBD LLC, on behalf of Stephen and Lynn Dexter, who wish to annex a nearly 8-acre parcel at the intersection of Route 16 and Union Street Extended, and then develop it as a commercial office and storage facility.
