Dr. Igor Shepherd is a medical doctor/manager for Wyoming’s State Public Health Department/Preparedness Unit, and is on the Covid response team.
He calls the new experimental mRNA COVID vaccines “Biological Weapons of Mass Destruction.”
Dr. Shepherd was born and raised in the Soviet Union, and became a Military Doctor in St. Petersburg, Russia, and studied under the Strategic Rocket Force.

James Fulford’s article prompts a question. At the beginning he stated that eugenics “gets a bad rap,” due to associations with early 20th century progressives and the Nazis. Let me state I am against state enforced eugenics, but I agreed with the gist of your article, in support of essentially free market eugenics. My question as it relates to libertarians and paleoconservatives is as follows:
In the past few years I’ve read many paleoconservative and libertarian blogs which are against globalism essentially try to link anyone associated with eugenics or racial science as being a part of an elite conspiracy.

When the suggestion first started to wear a mask to help stop the spread of Covid, I was skeptical and not a believer. And did not wear one. Then it became a requirement. I was very reluctant . However, I did then do a lot of research regarding mask wearing for Covid. There are many articles and videos on this subject. And after reading on this matter, I became convinced masks could help, at least on some level, in helping stop the spread of Covid.
It is apparent you think masks are useless. I would like to believe this. But how do I combat videos such as this one at Men’s Health
