Bit more of that today as we do see return of moderate conditions for air quality for most of the bay area, not enough to stay inside, but just enough that were not those Crystal Clear skies we had once been saying 40s and 50s for most of the bay, although its another chilly one for the north bay take a look at fairfield the votto petaluma and santa rosa this morning, each falling into the upper 30s. Santa rosa right now youre the cool spot at 38 degrees. Robin all right, thank you for the update john now lets update your morning commute because its picking up out there, especially on 92 are checking a trip across the san mateo bridge there it is and you see its crawling right thats a westbound traffic right there leaving hayward and its been stopping go since the 4 oclock hour and only heavier now so were at 40 minutes and growing which is still a very quick trip off to the peninsula here the bay bridge toll plaza 80 west, no delays at all so come on and were at 12 minutes to fremont
Later on today across the bay area we get a look for to this day time highs back into the 70s for San Francisco, oakland and san jose and all under abundantly sunny skies. Robin and we enjoy that sunshine. Thank you john, lets check in on the traffic we like when we can have a smooth quiet commute right. Were starting off with a look at 6. 80 this time around taking a look at the drivethru wanted creek. The shot not too far from the 24 split. Were looking at 14 minutes thats a cute direction for south 6. 80 from the highway 4 split through 24 and out danville youre clocking in at 14 minutes here the richmond sandra fell bridge. Its just now getting busy so were seeing the traffic come to a crawl leading up to the toll plaza typical commuters hitting the road heading into the north bay, but only 9 minutes for your total drive times so thats still good. Checking in on the bay bridge commute. We have a little bit of a backup in that car pool lanes its gone, its gonna come back youll see a
Remain calm throughout the day today with winds remaining very light. Thats the same as yesterday air quality a lot like yesterday, not necessarily ideal were back to moderate conditions for areas like napa concord Oakland Hayward fremont and san jose so not the most Crystal Clear quality weve had but we do have the sunshine comfortable temperatures. All in all its definitely shaping up to be a lot better right now temperatures are in the 40s and 50s for most of us, although we do have or turn to the 30s for a couple spots in the north bay like santa rosa and fairfield each sitting at 39 degrees right now so layer up where the middle of fall now temperatures start to give it cooler especially during the morning hours. Robin thank you john lets update the morning drive because the early birds have to get to work right there already out there so if you want to join these folks do it now because you have a delay free trip into San Francisco are taking a live look at 80. I dont see any pro

Halloween in the castro unlike any other covid19 forcing people to wear not just the fun, kinds of masks, but the safe ones. The city would rather people not be out at all definitely need to be safe. I need to be protected. I also got to live our lives. Castro resident l visible thinks his community is responsible enough to celebrate safely but understands there are risks we are in a pandemic you know its like the sfpd has been out in the neighborhood on foot keeping an eye on things summerly trick or treaters tell us they experienced a fun and safe time before the sun went down and kind of cool to see everyone right wearing mask develop still celebrating the 5 even though we couldnt go door to
