BEDFORD - A Bedford man was arrested early Sunday, April 28, after Bedford Police Sgt. Faheem Bade observed a moped traveling west on 16th Street swerving in and out of its travel lane. The vehicle also had no headlights on. Sgt. Bade initiated a traffic stop at 2:47 a.m. at 16th and S Streets. .
