The Victorian farm that supplied the baby spinach that left scores of Australians hallucinating previously faced court claims it had poor weed control, it has been revealed.
A toxic weed has been identified as the culprit for the mass hallucinations and other symptoms of poisoning suffered by over 200 people who contaminated baby spinach.products.
The NSW health department reported on Monday afternoon that 164 people have been affected after eating contaminated spinach, with a similar story in some other states.
