Why Global Citizens Should Care
Every woman deserves access to good personal hygiene, but sometimes gynaecological problems pop up like an uninvited guest. Endometriosis is a common gynaecological problem that occurs when endometrial tissue, which should only line the inside of a woman’s uterus, is misplaced outside the uterus. The United Nations’ Global Goal 3 calls for good health and well-being for all people, and we can reach this goal if women’s health issues are properly diagnosed and monitored.
