sean: tonight we give you a preview of coming attractions of the new radical, unhinged. civil war democratic party killing each other. their first debate set for this week in miami. this and awesome. 2020 democrats are ramping out their radicalism. they want to be the most radical. what we are witnessing from this new socialist democratic party, it is beyond socialism even. it s unhinged. it is beyond impractical. it s divisive and destructive to the country. just a small sample of what we will see this week. let s take action. and make sure if congress
absurdity that doesn t surprise me with this president. piers morgan said it, 50 deaths from stabbings in london and we have 38,000 a year in this country, 120,000 shootings. i think this president lives in a fantasy land where he would like for it to be as bad of a problem elsewhere and it isn t. the underlying fallacy that more guns will make us safer just is ridiculous. if guns made you safer, we d be the safest country in the world. and that we know is absolutely not true. the president did say he s willing to talk about silencers. he said nobody has talked about it before. but the fact that he s willing to have a conversation, do you take that as a good first step? after so many mass shootings we hear from government leaders, it s too soon to talk about it. we re only going to give thoughts and prayers. but he s saying, let s talk. that would be incredible. we know that there are solutions to this problem.

there are research-driven policy solutions that would address the flow of illegal guns into our communities which the president referred to. there are policy-driven solutions that would help reduce suicides, accidents, help with urban gun violence in our impacted communities. if we could actually have an intelligent conversation about what the research shows and the fact that states that have comprehensive gun regulation have far lower rates of gun death than states that have very low regulation. i would be more than happy to have an intelligent, fact-driven conversation with the president or anyone in the administration about the kinds of steps we can take to make this country a safer place. in virginia beach where we know that shooting took place just a week ago, the governor there, he s saying, let s take action. he wants new gun legislation, universal background checks. we know across the board americans support those kinds of measures. do you think do you feel optimistic in th
