The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday filed a supplementary charge-sheet before the NIA Special Court in Bengaluru, Karnataka, against two accused persons in the Bengaluru Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) conspiracy case. The two accused are Sabeel Ahmed aka Motu Doctor (resident of Bengaluru) and Asadulla Khan aks Abu Sufiyan (resident of Hyderabad, Telangana).
The supplementary charge-sheet has been filed under Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 18, 38, 39 of the UA(P)A in the case. The Bandipora police has arrested three over-ground workers of the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), a proscribed terror outfit, and recovered incriminating materials from their possession.
The Bandipora police, acting on specific inputs, along with 13RR and 45BN CRPF in a joint operation at Rakhi Hajin on Friday apprehended the three terror associates.

According to IANS report, the three arrested persons have been identified as Bashir Ahmed Mir, a resident of Rakhi Hajin, Irfan Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Bonikhan Mohalla Hajin, and Hilal Ahmad Parray, a resident of Parray Mohalla Hajin.
