The first day went well. He felt good and was confident the next two days would see him finish the run. Finish he did, but not the way he planned it.
On the second day, the runner was facing a tough incline for many miles when pain suddenly developed in his leg. The pain quickly increased, travelling from the hip down to his foot. He was having extreme difficulty running and walking was not much better.
