FLINT, MI Mayor Sheldon Neeley detailed his plan to reduce violent crime in the Flint at a special City Council meeting Tuesday, Feb. 2, but he also asked residents fed up with recent gunfire and deaths to join him and police in watching over their families and neighbors.
