Now, with the injunction texas and 25 other states can sue the federal government to permanently stop the executive orders. In a statement, Texas Governor greg abbott praised the decision saying it quote, rightly stops the president s overreach in its tracks. This morning, the white house is firing back though calling the policies lawful and common sense. They say the depp of justice as previously indicated will appeal the decision.
