Mourners gather in camden to honor the memory of an eightyearold girl shot and killed just steps from her own home. Good evening, im rahel solomon. Natasha brown is off. Gabrielle died last night two days after slaw caught in the crossfire of a gun fight. Tonight her killer is still on the loose and a reward for information in this case continues to grow. Take a look across the street. You see a sizable memorial that is right in front of gabys home where she lived with her family. They were killed today in the line of duty while fighting a house fire. Good evening everyone, im Natasha Brown. Thanks so much for joining us. The building came crashing down this morning on the 1400 block of south patton street in grays ferry. Eyewitness News Reporter anita oh spoke way neighbor witr who saw it all happen. We saw the building go down boom fast, really fast. Reporter all that remains is rubble. I saw the building which youly imploded within itself. Reporter neighbors say a fifth generation warp we are shop and the apartment above it came crashing down around 7 30 saturday morning. You actually heard the bricks crack. Reporter Gregory Cooper said he immediately ran drown his third story bedroom across the street to see if anyone was trapped. I hardy voice from the back of the house hollering help. Reporter a man inside when the building collapsed narrowly escaped death. Hes now recovering at penn presbyterian hospital. He was pretty much probably slept in the back bedroom and thats probably what saved
