For the first time saturday afternoon, police did release the identity of those children who were killed. Jean veer old kiara williams, 10 year old thomas reeves, seven year old terrence moore, all isy siblings all killed friday during a carjacking that ended in a crash. I been in the homicide unit six years. This is one of the most saddest cases ive come across. Eyewitness News Reporter Matt Odonnell rivers is tracking the latest on this investigation. Hes joining us live from Rittenhouse Square with more. Matt. Reporter natasha, Police Detectives were on scene here along the 1900 block of spruce street for the majority of the day trying to figure out who this suspect is while telling the public to keep an eye out. The suspect remains at large tonight with police describing him as a 5foot seven hispanic male wearing a black tshirt and blue jeans. Police said he followed the victim home to her apartment on the 1900 block of spruce street around 12 30 saturday morning after she left a nearby bar. Ah when she got home he came up behind her grabbed her neck and forced her to hope the door. Once inside the victim was sexually assaulted. The suspect then left and the victim called police. Neighbors who live nearby were surprised to hear the news. Seems very safe, like thats why im surprised it happened here. You dont expect nothing like this to happ
