two sources confirm to fox news biden s attorneys are scheduled to meet next week with the prosecutors investigating the president s son. the sources say biden s lawyers reached out weeks ago request requesting an update to the investigation which started in 2018. hunter biden s attorneys are set to meet next week with justice department officials, including delaware u.s. attorney david weiss. the trump appointed prosecutor investigating the son of president joe biden. fox news has been told prosecutors are looking into two possible misdemeanor tax filing charges. a felony tax evasion charge, and a false statement charge over a gun purchase. the sources say the meeting is not an indication charges are imminent nor will it involve issues around the irs official now claiming political interference in that investigation. my client wrestled with whether or not to come forward. he had a lot of sleepless nights about coming forward with this. an attorney for an irs agent wh
