A bitter fight between Moccona s Dutch American owner, Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), and Aussie coffee maker Vittoria is in the Federal Court over the shape of the latter s 400g jar.
Jacobs Douwe Egberts, which owns Moccona instant coffee, has launched a court battle claiming that Aussie independent coffee brand Vittoria has ripped off its "iconic" glass container.
