Article content The last special emergency measures linked to the COVID-19 crisis were lifted Monday in the regions of Quebec where the situation had been unstable. The regional county municipalities of Granit, in the Eastern Townships; Etchemins, de Beauce-Sartignan and Robert-Cliche in Chaudière-Appalaches; and Kamouraska, Témiscouata, Rivière-du-Loup and Les Basques in  Bas-Saint-Laurent, are going back to red zone designation.
