Randolph had mapped out his life. He became engaged to mary one year ago. Both of them were in the home in the suburbs of queens. They had plans to achieve the American Dream as a family. He lived a selfless life in his brooklyn neighborhood and would often shovel snow from his neighbors driveway and pavement during the winter season. We are proud to call him son, siblings, nephew, cousin, love of my life or even squatty. Our lives have been enriched by his beautiful memories. The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF), in collaboration with the RSVGPF Police Welfare Association (PWA), held its Annual Awards and Retirement Dinner at Russell’s Auditorium last Tuesday 29th December, 2020, under the theme: The catalyst to success is hard work, discipline and dedication.
Noticeably absent from this year’s ceremony was Assistance Superintendent of Police Junior Simmons who would normally serve as Master of Ceremony. In his absence, ASP Hawkins Nanton took up the role.
