Trailer released for Don t Look Up
Massachusetts is no stranger to seeing film crews out and about, and the trailer just dropped for one of the latest projects to be filmed in our area: Don t Look Up. Back in December, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lawrence were filming in Fall River, and Lawrence and Timothée Chalamet were filming in Brockton not so long ago. Don t Look Up has been described as a satirical, political disaster movie about a killer asteroid hurtling toward Earth. The movie will be released later this year on Netflix.

Hull won a decisive victory with, nearly double the votes of his opponent Jennifer Duczkowski. I didn t choose to run, Hull said. People came to me and asked me, with their concerns. This will not be the Leonard Hull Show. This will be the people s show. They will set the agenda. My political agenda will be the people s agenda.
Hull, a retired high school history teacher and former Dighton School Committee member, became the town s new selectman with a total of 688 votes versus 363 votes for Duczkowski in Saturday s annual town election.
Meanwhile, Goulart, who was retiring from the Board of Selectmen this year because of her husband s death of COVID-19, won a write-in contest for a seat on the Board of Assessors.
