The South African Civil Aviation Authority has released a preliminary report on last month s aircraft crash in Ballito.

The pilot and passenger, Leon Meiring were both killed when the microlight came down - after taking off from the Ballito Microlight School.
Meiring from Mpumalanga had been on holiday.
The CAA says the pilot and the passenger took off on a 30-minute introductory flight.
It says officials at Ballito Microlights went searching for the aircraft when it didn t return.
An experienced commercial pilot and his passenger died on impact shortly after they took off in a microlight in Ballito last month, a preliminary accident report by the Civil Aviation Authority has found.
