About the same time a third party 911 call comes in a man who says he had a guy come up to him and says hey, i just shot George Zimmerman call the police. This man also says the shooter claimed to him that George Zimmerman had waived a gun, there by Matthew Apperson said he had to shoot at George Zimmerman. The interesting thing is so far this evening, nobody has been charged with anything. Police are continuing to investigate.
