LOWELL Police reports state a total of 34 people were found by police on the second and third floors of 62-64 Branch St. when a search warrant, targeting cocaine and fentanyl, was executed there on Sept. 8.
LOWELL City Councilor Paul Ratha Yem watched as multiple local and regional policing agencies mounted a raid at 62-64 Branch St., a multifamily residence that has been a source of concern for area residents and businesses in the neighborhood. The Sept. 8 action resulted in 13 arrests and the seizure of drugs and money.
