we know that s not necessarily how they look at it, and andrew mccabe, you are the only person that has experience, not necessarily with the former president, but with a very high profile figure, and that is a presidential candidate. he there has to be a different lens through which you look at a case like this, because he is a former president, and a candidate again. you know, not in the way that laura was just speaking. not when it comes to examining the conduct. that lens should be the same for former president trump or anyone else who engaged in this, you know, it would be impossible for anyone but a former president have the authority he had to classify and declassify documents, to lose that authority, and then to continue to retain the documents. so, the fact pattern here is pretty specific. but nevertheless, when you are investigating this alleged activity, you have to look at it through that lens of, what did this person do and how does that conduct stack up against the law
