On January 20, 2021, Lenox Corporation on behalf of the American people will gift the custom-made, one-of-a-kind engraved crystal vases to the President and Vice President following the swearing-in ceremonies at the U.S. Capitol. Lenox Corporation offered these stunning gifts to the Joint Congressional Committee for Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC), and the design was approved by the committee.

Lenox, a maker of crystal and fine china, said it has designed the official inaugural gifts for nine inaugurations since President George H.W. Bush in 1989.
Biden and Harris were given one-of-a-kind engraved crystal vases.
“It is a good thing I don’t have to hand them to you personally. They each weigh with a base 32 pounds,” U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., a member of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, said as she presented the vases as part of gift-giving traditions Wednesday in the Capitol Rotunda in Washington, D.C.
