other businesses should step up and make donations, too. it s for a very good cause. as far as because we re a strip club, i don t think it really makes any difference. reporter: aguirre, the league president, says he had no idea the coordinating council got the money from the jet strip. and while aguirre says he s looking for a way to return it, he says he s not certain he should. i m pretty sure some parents are going to be against it and upset. but the person who donated this money, they have a good heart. that s all i can say. they went out of their way to give $1,200 to kids that really need it in this community, and i can t be upset at that, either. see? strippers can be humanitarians. nothing wrong with that. we thought of some good names. the ball busters, the spice boys. strip and slam. pole sitters. whatever name you come up with, i think it s great. time to do it. time to play ball, boys. yes indeed. deed.
depressed community of lennox little league is on life support, struggling even to pay the weekly field rentals. it was 150 a weekend, but now it doubled to 300 for two days. reporter: roberto aguirre is the lennox little league president. he says long-term the league needs $65,000 to build a snack shop, one that would generate enough money to keep the league above water. but just to get this season under way the league needed more than the $85 each little leaguer was paying. $85 is a lot for this neighborhood. reporter: maria smith heads up the lennox coordinating council, recognizing the importance of little league, she called around and was able to come up with $1,800, enough to save the season. so the check came in. the little league season started. sounds like a home run, right? well, it was. until people found out where that money came from. we donated $1,200. reporter: james wallace is also a member of the lennox coordinating council. but that $1,200 came as a donati
