A 35-year-old Concord woman has been charged with child cruelty and two other felonies for allegedly spraying a man with bear mace as he held a 9-month-old baby.

In a sign the protracted battle between Mosman residents and the retailer is far from over, Woolworths says it will challenge a local planning panel s decision to reject its proposal in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
