　　1982年，时任海军登陆艇32大队分队副指导员的何永生卸下军装，转业到广东省湛江市海康县人民法院（现广东省雷州市人民法院）。　　在基层法庭工作20余年，何永生先后担任书记员、助审员、审判员，离婚、土地纠纷等各类案件他都处理过。2007年退休后，何永生带着满腔执着与真诚，继续发挥党员余热，指导法院的年轻后辈开展工作，积极协助社区解决多宗矛盾纠纷，促进邻里和谐。　　直到2012年，人们才知道，原来何永生不仅是热心的退休法院干部，更是一位战斗英雄。　　后来，经旁人多次追问，何永生才说出自己隐藏多年的秘密。他打开尘封的包裹，里面珍藏着毛主席、周总理接见英雄的合影相片和抗美援越海战史料。至此，那段刻骨铭心的“海战史”正式“解封”。　　现在，当身体条件允许时，何永生也会到学校里与�
