QUEZON CITY, Mar. 1 The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) on Monday formally kicked off the celebration for this year’s National Women’s Month, with the housing agency slated to hold a series of activities throughout March to mark the significant event.
With the theme “We Make Change Happen for Women” focusing on “Juana Laban sa Pandemya, Kaya!,” the celebration aims to support the national advocacy on gender equality and women empowerment, as well as highlight women’s participation in battling the COVID-19 pandemic.
