Reporter Dawn Ouellette Nixon earned a First Place award in the Feature Story category, for ‘Changing lives in Reading,’ a profile of Craig Poole, president of Reading Hospitality, which owns the DoubleTree Hotel in Reading. The Keystone Awards recognize the best journalism in Pennsylvania. PNA received nearly 2,600 entries from 117 news organizations. Entries – in 54 regular categories and 11 specialty categories across seven circulation and four broadcast divisions – were judged by journalists in New York.
