Police: Man faces multiple felonies after admitting to opening fire in I-15 road rage incident in Lehi Utah County Sheriff s Office Jesse David Luker and last updated 2021-01-26 11:16:11-05 LEHI, Utah — Court documents show a man faces multiple felony charges in connection with a road rage incident on I-15 in Lehi Monday morning. Jesse David Luker, 31, of Salt Lake City, faces five third-degree felony counts of aggravated assault, a misdemeanor count of discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment. Witnesses told police that Luker, who had been driving a black 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, and the driver of a white pickup truck had been swerving aggressively at each other on southbound I-15 between milepost 285 and exit 279 around 7:35 a.m.
